Long-due Homepage Redesign

After a lot of hesitation and research, I decided to use Hugo static website generator for the new look of my homepage. There are lots of impressive pre-made templates for this platform, but since I wanted to add a touch of personal look-and-feel, decided to design the website template from scratch.
